Tash’s abilities are far beyond any I’ve seen in others of her age group. In particular I’ve been impressed with the speed at which she learns new concepts, her ability to problem solve complex issues, her project management skills and her ability to listen and understand a client brief.
Tash has the rare ability to view a project from both a ‘birds eye’ view and a project task detail view and this makes her an excellent project manager. During the time I’ve known her, she has always been keen to learn new skills and has a thirst for expanding her knowledge into new areas.
Tash has impressed me with her work ethic. Tash has always offered flexibility in her hours when I needed help to complete projects on time. She has always been punctual, polite, trustworthy and reliable. I believe she would be an integral part of any creative project or marketing team.
